Muna Kalati’s SDG4Kids Animation Contest 2025

An animation contest inviting 2D/3D/AI animators, students and creative teams across Africa to create child-friendly animations that turn UN Sustainable Development Goals into engaging stories. The theme focuses on inspiring African children and youth for sustainable development, with entries addressing topics such as quality education, healthcare, gender equality, climate action, and related SDGs. Prizes include cash awards, features on apps and TV, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities with animation studios.

Cash prizes for top placements (up to $1,200 for winner, up to $800 for 1st runner-up, up to $500 for 2nd runner-up), app and TV features, collaboration opportunities with partners, and mentorship from experienced animators.

Open to 2D/3D/AI animators, students and creative teams, individuals, studios, NGOs or educators.
