Silver Rose Awards 2025

The Silver Rose Awards 2025 call for nominations recognises civil society organisations, social movements, trade unions, grassroots groups, policy advocates, community and voluntary organisations, and independent journalists for their campaigning, advocacy and movement-building in support of a just transition. Nominees are highlighted for their impact in social justice, climate action and environmental protection, and for helping shape decision-making and accountability. The process invites nominators to present a compelling case for the nominee’s contribution and impact.

Open to civil society organisations including social movements, trade unions, grassroots organisations, policy advocates, community and voluntary organisations, independent journalists, etc. Nominees must take part in campaigning, social or political actions, political journalism, advocacy, or movement building.

Nomination is submitted by a proposer who provides arguments and evidence of the nominee’s impact and contribution to a just transition; see nomination form for details.
