Global Wales Scholarships

The Global Wales Scholarships are partially funded scholarships aimed at international master's applicants to Welsh universities, designed to attract global talent to Wales and support study in postgraduate taught programs. The scholarship provides financial support and a fee discount toward master's study at Welsh public universities, with the award branding recipients as Global Wales Scholars. It is organized through a partnership between the Welsh Government, the British Council, and Welsh universities.

Partial tuition discount (up to £5,000) and designation as a Global Wales Scholar

Open to international students who have an offer of admission from a participating Welsh university for a full-time, postgraduate Master’s program.

Apply for admission to a participating Welsh university, then submit the scholarship application via the Study in Wales website after receiving an offer.
