Ministry of Culture Scholarship 2026

The Ministry of Culture Scholarship is a funded program for Saudi students to study cultural and artistic disciplines at leading global institutions. It offers tracks for pursuing bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies in fields such as music, theatre, visual arts, film, linguistics, heritage and archaeology, culinary arts, design, architecture, and related areas. The program provides comprehensive benefits including tuition coverage, financial support, health insurance, and travel, aiming to develop cultural leadership and expertise.

Tuition coverage, financial stipend, health insurance, travel tickets between Saudi Arabia and the host country, and guidance/mentoring during study abroad.

Saudi nationality holders who have secured admission in eligible programs and whose field of study fits the program’s approved disciplines.

Applicants must have an admission offer from an accredited institution and complete the program’s official application process.
