AWARD African Women in Data Science Fellowship 2025

The AWARD African Women in Data Science Fellowship 2025 is a 12-month career-accelerating programme for African women working at the intersection of data science, agriculture, and climate resilience. It includes leadership and data science training, in-person and virtual courses, a capstone project with seed funding, a short-term institutional placement, and mentorship throughout the year.

Mentoring from senior data science professionals, leadership and data-science training (in-person and online), a data-driven capstone project with seed funding and guidance, and a short-term institutional placement.

Open to female citizens of Benin, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Kenya, or Malawi who hold at least a Masters degree and have 5 to 10 years of data-related professional experience, with intermediate English proficiency and commitment to the full 12-month program.
