Educational Grant Programme by Azerbaijan

The Educational Grant Programme by Azerbaijan is a fully funded scholarship for international students to pursue preparatory year, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral studies at Azerbaijani universities. It covers tuition, international return airfare, and provides a monthly stipend for living costs, along with medical insurance. The program targets students from eligible non-aligned movement and OIC member states and is offered across multiple participating institutions.
