WGC Gender Just Climate Solutions Awards 2025

The Gender Just Climate Solutions Awards (run by the Women & Gender Constituency of the UNFCCC) recognize concrete climate projects that center gender equality and women's rights. The 2025 edition offers monetary awards of 5,000 Euros for three top winners across three project types, plus travel support to attend the awards ceremony at COP30 and a capacity-building workshop. Up to 12 nominees will be featured in an awards publication and showcased at the awards ceremony.

All types of activists, grassroots and women-led, and gender equality organizations and groups working on issues related to climate change from all over the world are encouraged to apply. Only non-governmental initiatives are eligible.
