The Grad Banja Luka public call provides a one-time monetary award to top-ranking full-time first-year students at the University of Banja Luka, awarding 200 KM to up to ten top students per faculty. The program targets students who rank among the top ten on the published ranking lists after the first qualifying exam and who have enrolled in the first year of study in the 2026/2027 academic year.
