European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) launches a call for proposals for Spaces of Culture, supporting seven new cultural relations projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. The programme focuses on collaboration, dialogue, and mutual learning between European and local partners, with funding to support cultural relations projects and a modelled approach to fair partnerships. Applications must demonstrate local ownership and involve EUNIC members, local cultural or civil society partners, and EU Delegations.
Benefits
Financial grant up to EUR 50,000 with pre-payment and final payment on completion; capacity-building and collaboration support through funding.
Eligibility
Project proposals must include a minimum of three full EUNIC members, three local cultural and/or civil society partners, and involvement from EU Delegations in the country(ies).
