Grad Bijeljina provides partial funding for scientific-research papers, supporting five young researchers who qualified for subsidized master’s and doctoral theses through a public city administration competition. The program awards stipends of 1,500 KM for master’s theses and 2,000 KM for doctoral theses. The initiative is part of the city's ongoing investment in education and support for young people.
