Eco-Innovative Ideas Competition

The Eco-Innovative Ideas Competition, run with UNOPS as the implementing partner and supported by the Global Environment Facility, invites NGOs, individuals, startups, researchers and student teams to propose innovative solutions for the Black Sea region to reduce pollution and improve regional environmental management. The competition offers two grant windows: a BBSEA Target Countries window (Georgia, Moldova, Turkey) with grant funding of $50,000 to $300,000 plus 12 months of technical support and assistance in project implementation; and a Black Sea window for early-stage ideas with up to $20,000 in technical support and six months of mentoring/consultation support. Applications must be submitted by the stated deadline, and information sessions are conducted online on specified dates.
