Caligraphy Competition

The Caligraphy Competition is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia to promote Georgian script and calligraphy and to showcase the creative talents of youth. Participants may be students of overseas Sunday schools or any person living abroad, and may submit one or both of two tasks: drawing a character from the Georgian alphabet or rendering a short text in calligraphy. Submissions must be scanned copies sent by April 14, 2025 to the Department for Diaspora Relations; winners will be announced during a diaspora forum on May 27 in Tbilisi.

Open to Georgian diaspora including overseas Sunday-school students and any person living abroad.

Submit scanned copies of the chosen or both artworks by email to diaspora@mfa.gov.ge, including personal details as specified; refer to the attached instructions for rules.
