European Union Prize for Literature (EUPL) National Nomination – Georgia 2025

The European Union Prize for Literature (EUPL) national competition in Georgia invites Georgian publishers to nominate books and authors for national consideration. The prize aims to promote literature and authors with international appeal, and the winning works gain international visibility through distribution and recognition. Publishers may submit up to three literary works and must present them to the Georgian PEN Center for consideration.

Georgian publishers may submit up to three fictional books; the author must be a citizen or permanent resident of Georgia, and the book must meet the competition's criteria for eligibility and publication status.

Publishers must provide 3 copies of the shortlisted book and an application on behalf of the Georgian PEN Center; submissions are accepted at the Pen Center office by 24 January 2025.
