The East Partnership Civil Society Mechanism announces a fully funded scholarship competition for projects related to community engagement or civil technology in the field of information technologies. Selected winners receive 5,000 euros to implement their project and opportunities to join the network of EaP Civil Society Mechanism scholars, with tailored trainings provided.

Open to citizens of the Eastern Partnership countries (Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine) who are at least 18 years old and proficient in English, with an idea for a community engagement or civil technology project.
