NATO Defense College Fellowships 2027

The NATO Defense College Fellowships are fully funded research fellowships hosted by the NATO Defense College in Italy. The program supports international students to undertake research courses in Rome for a period of approximately 3 to 5 months, with eight fellowships awarded each year. Fellows receive a stipend to cover living and travel expenses related to their stay in Rome.

Open to international students; English proficiency required; knowledge of French and/or Italian beneficial but not essential; eligible countries include NATO member states and partner frameworks.
