Fulbright Egyptian Student Program 2027

The Fulbright Egyptian Student Program provides fully funded master's-level study opportunities at United States universities for Egyptian students. It covers travel, stipend, health benefits, university tuition, and other allowances across a range of fields. The program is administered by the Binational Fulbright Commission in Egypt, the oldest and largest Fulbright program in the Arab world.

Applicants must be Egyptian citizens residing in Egypt throughout the application, selection, placement and pre-departure processes, and must hold a bachelor's degree. English language proficiency is required.
