ASEF LinkUp 2026 is a fully funded international laboratory for young professionals in the arts and culture sectors. The program brings together participants from Asia and Europe to discuss international cultural cooperation under the theme Sustainability, Ethics and Equity in International Cultural Relations, with in-person activities in Ljubljana, Slovenia from 23–27 November 2026 and online components preceding and following the in-person phase.

Eligibility
Applicants must be nationals of an eligible ASEM partner country, at least 21 years old at the time of application, and active professionals in the arts, culture, or creative sectors with experience in international cultural cooperation or cultural policy.
