Information

The OHCHR Indigenous Fellowship Programme 2027 provides a four-week training opportunity in Geneva for indigenous individuals to gain knowledge about UN systems and human rights mechanisms relating to Indigenous issues. Fellows participate alongside colleagues in language components and receive interpretation support, with the training typically aligned with the Expert Mechanism on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples session. Participants are expected to train others in their communities after returning home and must be proposed by their indigenous organization or community.

Eligibility
