FRA Traineeships

The EU Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) offers paid traineeships for a period of ten months, from 1 October to 31 July 2027, to gain work experience in the administration of fundamental rights at the European level. Trainees receive a monthly grant and may be eligible for a disability supplement. The scheme is open to nationals from EU Member States, the EEA, EU candidate and potential candidate countries, and requires completion of the first cycle of higher education with a degree obtained by the closing date.

Nationals from EU Member States, EEA EFTA States, EU candidate and potential candidate countries; must have completed the first cycle of higher education and obtained a full degree by the closing date.
