Call for Young Delegates - Rejuvenating politics

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe invites one young person per member State to Strasbourg to participate as a youth delegate in its sessions, to develop a grassroots project and engage in policy-making. Delegates will be involved in the two sessions (the 50th and 51st) and prepare a project to take back home under the Congress’ aegis. Travel, subsistence and accommodation are covered for the selected participant.

Youth delegates (18-30) from the 46 Council of Europe member states who are active in local or regional youth work, available for both sessions, not an elected representative, fluent in English, and with an interest in policy-making.

Applicants must submit a short video (up to 30 seconds) to support their application; the video link should be sent together with the application.
