Partnership-Building Opportunity in Belgium between Youth and Culture 2026

The Partnership-Building Opportunity in Belgium between Youth and Culture 2026 (PBA Youth X Culture) is an international activity in Leuven, Belgium, from November 23 to 28, 2026. It brings together youth sector professionals and actors from the cultural sector to build international cooperation, exchange experiences, and develop joint project ideas for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs. Participants may learn about funding opportunities and engage in sessions on cooperation between youth work and the cultural sector.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and able to work and communicate in English; they should be youth workers, youth trainers, representatives of youth organizations that use arts or culture, professionals in the cultural sector, or project coordinators able to represent their organizations and commit to developing future partnerships. They must come from Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries or neighboring partner countries of the EU and be available to attend in Belgium from November 23 to 28, 2026.
