Swiss Re Foundation/Bridge for Billions Changemakers Africa Program 2025

Changemakers Africa is a 5-month hands-on incubation program run by the Swiss Re Foundation in partnership with Bridge for Billions. It targets early-stage African entrepreneurs working on health or climate resilience to refine their business model, receive expert mentorship, and connect with a global network of changemakers. Participants compete for seed funding and gain experience preparing for a final Demo Day, with opportunities to expand their network and receive ongoing support.

Mentorship from Swiss Re professionals, a 5-month incubation experience, support to refine business models, access to a network of entrepreneurs and professionals, and a chance to win seed funding through a Demo Day.

Early-stage entrepreneurs in Africa with a health or climate-focused venture, launched within the last 2 years or with a minimum viable product, based in Africa, and able to work in English throughout the program.
