Review College Fundamenteel Onderzoek

The Review College Fundamenteel Onderzoek is a roster of highly qualified and experienced experts who may be invited to serve on FWO expert panels evaluating fundamental research grants. Panels meet one or two times per year in Brussels to evaluate research proposals from researchers in Flanders. Membership in the Review College does not obligate experts to sit on a panel but enables the FWO to contact them with invitations to participate.

Highly qualified and experienced experts in relevant disciplines may apply; a majority of panel members are not affiliated with a Flemish research institution, and Flemish researchers may also apply.

An annual call is opened (second half of March to early May); candidates can request to be kept informed or contact the FWO via communication@fwo.be or the listed contact email.
