Service civique positions at Sorbonne Université

Service civique positions at Sorbonne Université are cohort-style volunteer missions for young people to work on projects in support of the university community. Missions last 8 to 9 months at 24 hours per week and cover areas such as student welcome and orientation, cultural and scientific mediation, campus life support, student health promotion and entrepreneurship support. Each volunteer is supervised by a tutor and benefits from training and moments of exchange to develop professional skills and build a future project. Around ten volunteers join Sorbonne Université each year across faculties and units (Faculté des Lettres, Faculté des Sciences et Ingénierie, Fablab, Pépite).

Monthly indemnity of 620 €; supervision by a tutor; training sessions, exchanges and skills development; professional experience.

Accessible to young people aged 16 to 25 (up to 30 for people with disabilities).
