Hague Program on International Cyber Security Fellowship – Fall 2025

Open to researchers and professionals with an interest and/or background in international cyber security to apply for one of the visiting fellowships. Selected fellows conduct research and fieldwork, exchange with the program and the Hague policy community, and present their research to a wider audience. Fellows join for a short research visit of 1 to 3 weeks at Leiden University’s The Hague Campus during Fall or Spring semesters.

Travel and accommodation expenses are covered; short research visits of 1 to 3 weeks; opportunities to present research and interact with the program and policy community.

Open to early-career researchers and established professionals with an interest/background in international cyber security.
