Information
The USINDO Summer Studies Program is a ten-week, intensive language and cultural immersion program in Yogyakarta and Jakarta, Indonesia. It combines formal Indonesian language instruction with cultural studies, interactive lectures, field trips, and homestays, concluding with a final Jakarta Week component bringing classroom learning into real-world context. The program is aimed at U.S. university students and recent graduates and is supported by USINDO and the Freeman Foundation.

Eligibility
Open to U.S. citizens aged 18 to 30 who are currently enrolled as juniors, seniors, or graduate students in an accredited program, or recent graduates (within the past six months) from any accredited U.S. college or university.
Application
Submit required documents and application via the provided online application form (Google Form) by the deadline; required materials include personal statement, optional introductory video, resume (PDF), academic transcript(s), and one letter of recommendation sent directly to the program email.
