UN Youth Townhall 2026

The UN Youth Townhall 2026 is a flagship youth forum organised by the United Nations Youth Office to connect young people with governments, UN representatives, civil society and private-sector partners. It brings together youth leaders to generate practical recommendations, partnerships and opportunities for action. The event will be held in Heidelberg, Germany and includes preparatory meetings and follow-up commitments at the local or national level. A limited number of sponsored youth places are available for selected participants.

Round-trip ticket, terminal transport expenses, daily subsistence allowance, visa fee reimbursement (after travel), invitation letter for visa, accommodation support for participants with disabilities, preparatory information and event materials.

Young people aged 18–35 who are involved in grassroots, local, national, regional or global youth-led initiatives, projects, groups, movements or organisations; must be comfortable participating in English, available for all event days and preparatory meetings, and commit to follow-up action.
