Information

The U.S.–Spain Young Leaders Program is a week-long cultural immersion and policy engagement experience that brings promising American and U.S.-based leaders to Spain to engage with Spanish institutions, policymakers and cultural figures. The programme includes meetings at the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Spanish Parliament, visits to U.S. diplomatic missions, engagements with major financial institutions, and guided cultural tours across Spanish cities. It aims to strengthen U.S.–Spain bilateral relations by fostering substantive dialogue and long-term professional relationships among participants.

Round-trip travel to/from Spain, lodging, selected group meals and official program events, meetings with high-level Spanish institutions and cultural visits.

Eligibility

Applicants must be between 30 and 45 years old, demonstrate leadership in their professional field, show interest in advancing U.S.–Spain relations, and be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, permanent residents, or foreign citizens with a valid U.S. visa.
