Match Made in Finland -ryhmämentorointiohjelma

Match Made in Finland -ryhmämentorointiohjelma is a group mentoring pilot for international higher-education students aiming to lower barriers to employment in Finland. The programme pairs student groups with company mentors, includes regular group meetings and a company visit, and focuses on developing professional skills and networks. The pilot is coordinated by Elinkeinoelämän keskusliitto and takes place in the Helsinki metropolitan region in spring 2025.

Second- and third-year international students at universities of applied sciences (ammattikorkeakoulut) in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

Applications open for mentors and mentees; selection will include 100 students for the pilot. Applications close on 2024-12-31.
