Carbon 6 Academy of Science

Carbon 6 Academy of Science is a specialist state sixth form based at Discovery Park in Sandwich, Kent, offering A-levels in Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics for students aged 16–18. The academy is embedded within a science and innovation campus and provides access to professional laboratories, industry mentoring and guest lectures from onsite companies. It prepares students for STEM careers and further education routes including degree apprenticeships and university. The first Year 12 intake is scheduled to start in September 2026.

Open to all students achieving Grade 6+ in science GCSE subjects, with no geographic or catchment requirements.
