The UF/IFAS Undergraduate Research Internships is a faculty‑mentored program for undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences. Selected interns are matched with a faculty member and expected to complete a supervised research internship between July 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027. Interns are paid hourly for work performed and gain hands‑on experience in agriculture, human health, and natural resources. Matches are coordinated by the CALS Dean's Office and faculty preferences determine final placements.
Benefits
Hourly pay at $15/hour for up to 240 hours; faculty mentorship and hands-on research experience.
Eligibility
Open to all undergraduate students currently enrolled in one of the 22 CALS majors.
Application
