The Council for Geoscience Geology Internship Programme 2026 offers seven paid internship positions based at the Council for Geoscience Head Office in Pretoria. The programme provides hands-on experience in geoscientific research, exploration projects, geological mapping, data collection and scientific reporting under the supervision of senior geoscientists. Interns contribute to projects that support geological research, mineral exploration and environmental studies and may present findings or contribute to publications. The programme is intended to bridge academic learning and professional practice for recent graduates in earth sciences.

Eligibility
