MCW Global-Kofi Annan Foundation Young Leaders Conference – Kenya 2025

The MCW Global-Kofi Annan Foundation Young Leaders Conference – Kenya 2025 is a fully funded conference for young leaders in mental health. It is organized as part of the Sawa Project to empower young mental health professionals, students, and community advocates in Eastern Africa with leadership training, networking, and seed funding opportunities.

Attendance at the three-day Conference, access to program tools and modules, engagement with speakers, networking opportunities, and seed funding grants for further initiatives; post-conference virtual activities.

Applicants must be mental health professionals or be actively engaged in mental health through studies, work, or lived experience; ages 25-35 at the start of the conference; reside in Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Somalia, Tanzania, or Uganda; and demonstrate commitment to leadership and regional collaboration.
