Information

The AES Fellowship is a two-year applied fellowship program organized by Africa CDC, with three tracks including Public Health Informatics (PHI). The PHI track is designed to develop informatics competencies for digital health and data science, with in-person and virtual sessions and a certificate of completion for successful participants. The fellowship is fully funded and starts in 2025, with 20 Fellows selected across Africa.

Eligibility

Applicants must be from Africa Union Member States and hold at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in health-related fields, computer science, data science, or information technology, with relevant work experience as specified.
