Schmidt Science Fellows – 2019 class

Schmidt Science Fellows is a post-doctoral fellowship program that places exceptional PhD graduates in interdisciplinary research environments following their doctoral studies. The 2019 class consists of Fellows selected to tackle global scientific challenges across multiple disciplines, with a focus on leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration. Each Fellow participates in a year-long placement, receives mentoring from renowned scientists, and engages in professional development activities, including four global meetings.

Post-doctoral placement, mentoring from internationally-acclaimed scientists, professional development training, and a $100,000 stipend.

Post-doctoral researchers who have completed their PhD and pursue interdisciplinary research within the program year.
