Echoing Green Mentorship Program

Echoing Green’s mentorship program aims to strengthen support networks for both mentors and mentees within the Echoing Green Fellows community, using a mix of facilitated and organic touchpoints to leverage existing collaboration and collegiality. The program includes two mentorship offerings: community mentors paired with new Fellows to support leadership development and self-advocacy, and network mentors who connect mentees to opportunities, networks, and partnerships to accelerate impact.

Access to mentorship networks, guidance from experienced leaders, and opportunities to expand professional networks and impact opportunities.

Open to Echoing Green Fellows and mentors within the Fellow community.

No external application is described; participation is through the Fellows community and mentorship matching processes within Echoing Green.
