The BGE Energizing Small Business Grants program provides grants to central Maryland for-profit businesses to help them succeed. It is presented in partnership with Hello Alice and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN).</description>

Benefits

Grants of $20,000 to eligible central Maryland businesses.

Eligibility

Applicants must be a for-profit business and an existing BGE electric and/or gas customer in good standing with BGE. Other eligibility criteria include: operating for at least one year, in good standing with the State of Maryland, up to 25 full-time employees, 2024 gross revenues under $7 million, and demonstrated need for funding.

Application
