Accelerating Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ABLE) Program 2026

The Accelerating Business Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ABLE) Program 2026 is an accelerator program designed to support impact-oriented startups led by historically disadvantaged entrepreneurs, with a focus on those of African descent. It offers six weeks of virtual enterprise and leadership training, weekly sessions, mentorship, and a live in-person pitch day in Silicon Valley, along with opportunities to connect with investors and industry leaders. Participants can receive a financial award upon successful completion, and there is no cost to participate.

Open to founders or executives of scalable, for-profit startups led or co-led by historically excluded entrepreneurs, with a focus on those of African descent; the company must be early-stage, revenue-generating, headquartered in the United States, and an established legal entity for at least 6 months with active customers and demonstrable revenue streams.
