IUPAC 2025 Distinguished Women in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Awards

The IUPAC 2025 Distinguished Women in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Awards recognize outstanding women in the chemical sciences worldwide. Awardees are selected for excellence in basic or applied research, distinguished contributions in teaching or education, or leadership and managerial excellence in the chemical sciences, with a focus on leadership and community service. The laureates will be honored at the 2025 IUPAC World Chemistry Congress in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and receive a certificate of recognition.

Nominees should demonstrate excellence in basic or applied research, distinguished accomplishments in teaching or education, or leadership or managerial excellence in the chemical sciences.

Nominations require a primary nominator and two secondary nominators who submit letters of recommendation and a CV; self-nominations are not accepted; nominations must be received by the deadline
