Information

The Thieme–IUPAC Prize 2024 is a biannual award for scientists who have made a major impact in synthetic organic chemistry. It is awarded to a researcher who is no older than 42 on 1 January 2024 and includes a prize of €5,000. Nominations should demonstrate the nominee’s significant contributions to the field of synthesis in organic chemistry, including areas such as organometallic, medicinal, and biological chemistry.

Eligibility

Nominations are for scientists who are no older than 42 on 1 January 2024 and whose work in synthetic organic chemistry has had a major impact.

Submit nomination materials by email to marcus.white@thieme.de, including biographical sketch, list of ten publications, and a statement of impact.
