Ghana Climate Innovation Centre (GCIC) Business Incubation Programme 2025

The GCIC Business Incubation Programme supports climate-smart ventures in Ghana with grant funding, training, mentorship and networking to help scale growth in areas such as renewable energy, waste management, water solutions and related sectors. It is run by the Ghana Climate Innovation Centre at Ashesi University and supported by international partners. The programme aims to empower entrepreneurs building climate solutions and to connect them with a network of alumni and investors.

Grant funding up to CAD 21,000; expert training; mentorship; networking opportunities; recognition within GCIC alumni network.

Your business must be legally registered and operational in Ghana for at least three years, have at least three full-time employees, and a minimum annual gross revenue of GHC 500,000 in the last two fiscal years. It must operate in one of GCIC's five sectors.

Submit an online application with required documentation including proof of legal registration, financial records from the last two fiscal years and a detailed business plan.
