Executive Director, International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC)

The Executive Director of IUPAC is a highly senior leadership role responsible for the overall administration of the Union, its Secretariat, and related activities, with duties including budget oversight, organizational governance support, and liaison with national adherent organizations and external stakeholders. The position requires advanced scientific or technical education, substantial leadership experience, and a proven track record in management and strategic planning. International travel is expected, and remote work may be considered depending on circumstances.

The successful candidate will have an advanced degree in a scientific or technical discipline and at least ten years of relevant leadership or management experience.
