KAAD Mittel-, Südost- und Osteuropa-Programm

The KAAD Mittel-, Südost- und Osteuropa-Programm is a regional programme to support the societal, scientific and church-related development of countries in Central, Southeast and Eastern Europe through training and promotion of qualified specialists and researchers. The programme focuses on education, further training and intercultural exchange for young scholars, with a particular regional emphasis on DAC countries while still supporting Central European countries. It supports cohort activities such as seminars and conferences and fosters alumni networks.

Two-stage application: complete the online questionnaire (first stage) on KAAD's website; if shortlisted, required application documents for the second stage are sent to the applicant. Deadlines for the second stage are 15 January and 30 June each year.
