The Precious Art Initiative Gen-Z Teen Leadership Program fosters community-focused young leaders across Africa. It includes an online leadership course for university students across Africa and an in-person session in Ibadan, Nigeria, for secondary students, featuring leadership principles, sustainable development goals, emotional intelligence, and design thinking, with projects addressing real-world community needs.

Playbooks and essential stationery for participants; digital engagement expansion and resources for projects; potential access to an alumni network for ongoing collaboration.
