Teamer:innen-Grundausbildung Balkan 2026/2027 – Teil 1

The Teamer:innen-Grundausbildung Balkan is a certified multilateral basic training for prospective intercultural youth leaders with a regional focus on Germany, France and the Western Balkans. The programme prepares participants to independently design and run international and intercultural youth encounters (including within DFJW and Erasmus+ frameworks) and offers a DFJW certification on successful completion. The training uses practice-oriented, non-formal methods across three phases and includes topics such as project management, intercultural learning, group dynamics, and peace education.

DFJW certification as intercultural youth leader (and possible additional Sprachanimateur certification), accommodation, full board, programme and translation services, travel-cost reimbursement per DFJW rules

Participants from Germany, France and selected Western Balkan countries interested in qualifying as intercultural youth leaders and group leaders for German–French and trilateral youth encounters; certification is awarded upon meeting DFJW standards.
