Environment&Me — EEA Photo Competition 2025

The European Environment Agency runs an annual photography competition called Environment&Me. It invites photographers to tell the story of their connection to the environment and to showcase their work across three categories, with cash prizes for category winners and additional awards. Submissions are made online and must reflect environmental themes and navigate specific category prompts.

€1,000 for the best photo in each category (3 winners); €500 Public Choice Award; €500 Youth Prize for participants aged 18–24.

Open to citizens of the EU 27 Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland and Türkiye; photos must be taken in the listed countries; participants must be 18 or older and must hold full copyrights to submitted material.

Submit entries online via the provided form; entry requires a photo (max five submissions per entrant) with a title and optional description.
