Mentoring-Programm für junge Frauen im Kulturbereich

The Mentoring-Programm für junge Frauen im Kulturbereich is a bilateral mentoring programme pairing experienced professionals with young women pursuing careers in the arts and cultural sector. It offers one-to-one mentoring, networking opportunities and access to selected training and networking events. Two parallel strands support (a) young women from France seeking to establish themselves in Germany and (b) young women from Germany seeking to establish themselves in France. Each strand selects six mentees for a six-month mentoring relationship supported by DFJW and partner organisations.

One-to-one mentoring by an experienced arts/culture professional, networking opportunities, access to selected further training and networking events, and support to develop a professional project.
