The Mentoring-Programm für junge Frauen im Kulturbereich is a bilateral mentoring programme pairing experienced professionals with young women pursuing careers in the arts and cultural sector. It offers one-to-one mentoring, networking opportunities and access to selected training and networking events. Two parallel strands support (a) young women from France seeking to establish themselves in Germany and (b) young women from Germany seeking to establish themselves in France. Each strand selects six mentees for a six-month mentoring relationship supported by DFJW and partner organisations.

Eligibility
Women* up to 30 years old with at least one year of study, training or professional involvement in the arts/culture sector; applicants should have mobility intentions or residence in the target country and minimum A2 in German/English where specified. French nationality is not mandatory but applicants must have lived in France for at least six months for the France→Germany strand; German applicants should currently live in France for the Germany→France strand.
