Consultancy Service to strengthen the Public Health Emergency Operations Centres in 3 selected AU Member States

The Consultancy Service engages an individual consultant to strengthen Public Health Emergency Operations Centres (PHEOCs) in three AU Member States. It is a short-term capacity-building assignment conducted under the Africa CDC Support Program to Combat Current and Future Public Health Threats, funded through a World Bank-financed project. The consultant is expected to support establishment and strengthening of PHEOC capabilities and contribute to the project’s objectives for improved outbreak detection, preparedness, and response.
