InovIA – Vouchers for Innovation

InovIA – Vouchers for Innovation is a programme that grants startups and small and medium-sized enterprises in Portugal access to free advanced computing resources and AI support to develop pilot projects. The initiative provides vouchers for use of powerful supercomputers (Deucalion and MareNostrum 5) and accompanying technical assistance to test, validate, and scale innovative solutions in a pre-commercial phase.

Access to Deucalion and MareNostrum 5 supercomputers, technical assistance for using the resources, and support to develop pilot projects.

Open to startups and SMEs based in Portugal, including public and private entities.

Candidature via a simplified process; registration for a presentation session was available, with the program open through 31 December 2026.
