Bolsas Fulbright para Doutoramento e Investigação com o apoio da FCT

The Fulbright Scholarships for Doctoral study and Research with the support of FCT are open for applicants. The Doctoral Scholarship supports students admitted to PhD programs at U.S. universities for the 2025/2026 academic year and is funded up to $36,000 for the first year. The Research Scholarship provides funding to conduct research at U.S. universities or research centers for the 2025/2026 academic year, for PhD fellows directly funded by FCT. Recipients may participate in Fulbright seminars and other cultural and scientific activities during their stay and join the Fulbright global alumni network.

Financial support for the first year of study (up to $36,000), participation in Fulbright seminars and cultural/scientific activities, integration into the Fulbright global network.

Open to doctoral candidates admitted to PhD programs in U.S. universities for the 2025/2026 academic year; eligibility details are provided by Fulbright Portugal.
